I never know what will come up next: a traditionally themed oil painting or drawing; dinosaurs at the tea table, skeletons on a smoke break, a UFO parked next to a Lexus or Egyptian gods doing crossword puzzles (I have it on good authority it is a guilty pleasure of at least one of them.)

I can't honestly say I remember there being a time I didn't have a pencil in my hand. I took every art class offered in high school and just about all the ones offered at Volunteer State Community College too. I graduated from there in 2005 with an emphasis in Fine Arts. I think every now and then I might go on for more classes but I just haven't done it. It's just too much fun making my own stuff.

My graphite and pen and ink drawings have appeared in a few small fan, pagan and new age magazines, sometimes under the name Dawn Firewolf (anyone remember Trans magazine? Silver Wheel? No? I don't understand why. I bet they had tens of readers. Hundreds in their heydays.)

I have also been a regular participant of Nashville Tennessee's Tomato Art Fest since 2006.
